Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Snag pieces, so if something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in the original packaging or a durable mailer, ensuring all original tags are included.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and tape it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
